This is probably the same thing that everyone everywhere makes, but I’m writing it down because it’s amazing.
a bunch of tomatillos
a couple jalapeños
a couple cloves of garlic
a big bunch of fresh cilantro, rinsed and torn up
Peel and rinse the tomatillos. Cut the stem ends off the jalapeños. Peel the garlic. Put them in a pan and cover with water. Simmer until the tomatillos...
When you plan on going to bed early.

Reality:
1:00 am
Penne and chicken
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 oz mushrooms
1 small onion
2 cups broccoli, chopped and cooked briefly
penne pasta, cooked
2 Tbsp Garlic Expressions salad dressing
Cook onion, mushrooms and chicken in olive oil until fully cooked and slightly browned. Shut pan off and add broccoli. Stir.
Put 1/4 of the mixture in a bowl (7 points) add 4 oz. cooked penne (4 points)....
